Dental Implants

Warsaw Implant Dentistry

At Hollar Dental Group, we believe that every one of our patients should love their smile, which is why we take a comprehensive approach to dentistry. We focus on both the health and beauty of your smile from the inside out. For patients with missing teeth, we offer advanced treatment to fully restore your natural looking, comfortable smile, with dental implants.

We both place and restore dental implants every day in our office. Dr. Hollar has completed extensive implant training at the Misch Dental Implant Institute. We wish to congratulate both Zimmer and Biomet for their success in dental implant products, and we are proud to offer placement and restorations of each! If you have questions about dental implants or would like to find out if you're a candidate, please contact our office today.

Warsaw Dental Implants

We specialize in a variety of implant techniques to provide patients with a wide range of efficient and effective tooth replacement options. When a missing tooth space has no surrounding tooth, dental implants are especially effective in restoring not only your tooth's functionality, but also your smile's healthy appearance.

The root implant is the most popular type of dental implant with its many benefits over other treatments:

  • Mirrors the size and shape of a patient's natural tooth
  • Implant is as strong as the patient's original tooth
  • Placed into jawbone to integrate with bone; local anesthesia is used
  • After healing, the implant is fitted with the new tooth
  • Takes 3-8 months

Post Implant Care

Although we emphasize the importance of good oral hygiene for all of our patients, it is especially crucial when a patient has received a dental implant. If teeth and gums are not properly cleaned, bacteria can attack the areas of the mouth surrounding the implant, leading to swollen gums and jawbone recession. A strong jawbone is necessary for a healthy, strong implant, so if the jawbone is weakened, it may make it necessary to remove the implant. We advise our patients visit our office at least twice a year to ensure the health of their teeth and implants. With proper care, dental implants can last decades!
